Could be also Onkio (they use the same hardware) or even other AVR makers. I did and swapped the Roku from AVR directly to a TV non-eARC HDMI input, using the TV HDMI eARC port to the AVR TV Out and no more Netflix crashing. I have a RCA Roku tv and the Amazon prime app kept crashing just after 5 or 10 seconds of starting a movie. So I unplugged the tv and waited about 15 seconds and plugged back in. So far so good.
