Zombies is ALIVE.EU servers yes ( you can use a vpn like protonvpn to connect to a lobby and disconnect afterwards ). i recommend you check out the boiii client tho. Use the t7 community patch and play in eu servers, tdm and domination is pretty active. BO3 still has an RCE exploit, so use T7 community patch to get rid of any exploits.

Maybe quads can load a game at the peak time, but I would assume it's gone also. You can find a game 24/7 NAE. Quads and solos games still happen on Playstation.
