The Nargacuga dual blade line has a crazy high affinity output. It you use those and max out on the Attack and Critical boosts, you can do very decent raw damage. From what I have experienced and heard from others you really shouldn't play raw dual blades at all. For jewels I forgot exactly what but I for sure use my x3 critical eye gems and protective polish. Other slots are situational.
