It's at 5750 I believe and the SRTs are at either 6100 or 6200. The 5.7s can be set higher with a tuner but most won't gain much since the HP & torque curve have maxed out before where it's set at from the factory.Don't trust anything else you hear. Anyway, yes the RTs are governed at 130. The RTs with the road and track package are governed at 145. You don't have to be scared, when the governor hits it basically shuts down the gas pedal input so you can't accelerate any more, but it doesn't shut off the engine all together!
