I put a scope on it one year and it was a disaster. I think the Leupold Rifleman mounts could have been the problem. This is all the parts needed to convert your 50 cal. Knight LK, USAK, Wolverine, Bighorn, TK2000, Black Knight, MK85 and possibly others, to the Primer Extreme 209 Ignition System. These parts are not from a kit but came installed on one of my black powder rifles. I use a different ignition system so these were removed and set aside.

I have a knight wolverine and it has been a great gun. It's an older one and I'm guessing it was built around 1997 or so, but it worked great. It was an inline with a number 11 percussion cap ignition originally, and I bought the conversion kit for it so I could shoot 209 primers. I'm using a TC Triumph right now, but the Wolverine worked great.

The coned 209 hammer will work, but it will definitely flare the nipple out. Some folks have taken a Dremel and filed down the cone flat. The Knight redhot nipple is a great nipple also. I have used both setups in my knight plungers, by far prefer the #11 ignition. It is a super setup.
