I have checked gear, feats and mythic talents. Additionally none of my allies have abilities that change my Lich spell damage types. I think it has to be a bug or something very odd. The Lich path culminates in you becoming a Lich, so refusing kind of puts a damper on that. Still, even if you accept being a Lich, the game doesn't stop you from making good choices. I've heard in act 5/6 whenever you get the actual lich transformation, you don't actually turn into an undead, and instead just get a -2 to dex and str from the transformation. Can anyone confirm this is actually true? If so just going to pick my swarm save to finish off the game on.
