Hey all, In my neverending quest to want a Benelli M4, but refuse to pay for a Benelli M4 I bought two of the popular Turkish "clones" to do a teardown and comparison. Images and details are in the imgur post below. Sorry I don't have a fancy website, but I don't really have the time or funds to review firearms full-time.What's your thoughts on Turkish benelli clones? Jul 20, 2022 · Whenever a gun reaches icon status, there will be clones. Some clones are more of an homage to a design, others are quite literal “clones” of the original. The Aksa S4 is the latter. Parts are generally interchangeable, including common upgrades like magazine tubes or stocks. It is not a Benelli but is impressively similar to the original.

The M4 buttstock and recoil tube is a much stronger design. I would imagine the reason clones only use an AR15 style is because of the cost of making the Benelli aluminum cast/milled buttstock and recoil tube was probably too much $. Edited June 30, 2022 by RxArms. 1. Quote.

This has got to be one of the least expensive semi-auto shotguns available. Apparently these are marketed as Benelli M2 Clones which is crazy considering the price that Benelli charges. This is also the lowest price I could find in stock, others had it for $80-100 more if that gives you an idea.
