Battanian Wildlings get a stack of javelins. Aserai Faris is the only Javelin orientated Noble troop. The troops with stacks of javelins include Aserai Veteran Infantry, Battanian Oathsworn, Battanian Wildlings and Sturgian Heavy Axemen. Out of them, I lean towards the Sturgian Heavy Axemen.
