if you try and run BotW in Yuzu, you'll get somewhere between 50-70% the performance of running the Wii U version in Cemu. that's just how things are right now. Yuzu is way newer than CEMU, if you were around of the days when CEMU just began being able to run BoTW you would know that the performances were abysmal.

I think dolphin is for plain Wii emulation (and game cube). Cemu is for Wii U. I think breath of the wild is for switch and Wii U so Cemu is your only choice. Take BotW as an example, on Yuzu I play at 4K and get stable framerate all day long. On Ryujinx be it at native or 4K, I get constant stuttering to the point is unplayable. Another more recent example was AI SONMIUM in which Ryujinx has long freezes during transitions, while Yuzu runs smoothly.
In most cases Yuzu, but I still use CEMU for BOTW. If you have the horsepower, the Wii U version of the game can be pushed a bit further, runs better and looks better than the Switch version. Still supports gyro controls either way so you can’t lose. Reply reply

Low end low fps. if you are only getting 20fps in Cemu, then I highly doubt you can run the game at all in Yuzu. either that, or you screwed up your settings in Cemu, because it really doesn't take much to run the game at stock speeds. Cemu is far ahead, and will likely be so for several years. On Cemu you can run BoTW @ 4K60-ish with an RTX 2070 / RX 5700 XT, or 1440p60 with something like a 1660 Ti. You're able toggle lots of different mods and cheats, which isn't possible with yuzu right now. It's also very light on CPU. You can probably right-click the game in Yuzu's game list. Then there'll likely be an option that says Open Save Directory (I can only guess, I don't use Yuzu). Then you find the option.sav file that the save manager asks for.
