My internet speeds crashed for day for no reason. After a few tests by a tech the problem was assumed to be a faulty CR1000B router.I upgraded solely to get better range. Unfortunately it is the same or slightly worse range than my Quantum Gateway router which is 2 generations older. As of today (March 24, 2024), Port Forwarding Rules are no longer relevant in the configuration of Port Forwarding for IPv4, but is still relevant for the Pin Hole configuration for IPv6.They are inherently flawed and do not give advertised speeds (CR1000A straight up barely works and gives 1/20th the upload speeds and G3100 has inferior wired uploads to G1100).
