I tried restarting and that didn't work. And none of my other recorded shows would play, either (even episodes I had already watched so knew had in fact been recorded). And now the system won't rewind, pause, FF, etc. when I'm watching regular shows. I want to try the reset button but am worried I will lose everything.
You can't caller id is dead as far as DTV is concerned newer receivers no longer have a phone jack and the software no longer supports it. The HR44 Genie was allowed to use it until someone disables it. Older HR24 and below still have it.
