The 1988 version is much more terrifying than for example, the bride of chucky, just cause the set has a more erie 80s look and the fkn doll in some scenes just looks gross. Nekromantik is the farthest one down the list that's really a movie, iirc. Anything below the 4th tier is just pure shock value garbage/snuff/real gore. It goes from films, to fetish videos, to straight up gore compilations. The bottom tiers aren’t true films in the sense the higher tiers are.
