The DTV5 is good on the go, don't get me wrong, but over all the Core is definitely the way to go. I think if you like tinkering,experimenting, and flexibility go with the dtv5. For ease of use the core 2. I have the dtv5 and love it, but I hear the core 2 is awesome. I own both, just buy both there worth it.
I got my v5 kit with autofire Pico75 from Matt at indeedhemp and you can set sesh time, wattage and temp with 3 memory settings. 2 clicks on 1 click off.
