Lightning infusion on the Warped Sword seems to be the best if you use Ring of Blades +2, Flynn's Ring, Lightning Clutch Ring and of course Sacred Oath and Sunlight Blade (with 36 faith). The fourth ring slot can be anything, but I would pick Third Dragon Ring or Southern Ritual Band because Sacred Oath takes 4 slots.
