You can do all the lift you want but the tires are going to rub the frame with the factory wheels because of the off set.

I have seen 17-19's with 37x12.5 on stock wheels, no spacers and no lift that didn't require any trimming, the only rub was on the radius arms and sway bar. With the 2023 radius arms having more clearance and I think a different sway bar, I would expect a 37x12.5 to fit with little to no rub without any suspension changes. May 18, 2023.The math is pretty simple: If a 2019 Powerstroke had 4.37 the engine's torque would be multiplied 17.35 times. (3.97 x 4.37). And the engine torque is 935 lbft. So 935 x 17.35 = 16221 lbft to the rear axle. The 2020 Powerstroke/10 speed looks like this: 4.615 first gear x 3.31 final drive x 1050 engine torque = 16039 lbft to the rear axle. If you want the truck to ride worse than it does now, put a lift kit on it. If you want it to ride better than stock do a PMF or SKY reverse shackle kit with 2000 to 2004 front leafs ...Engine options for 2023 are also changing, with the 6.8L now becoming the base gas engine, the 7.3 Godzilla becoming the premium gas option, and the High Output 6.7 Power stroke, joining the existing 6.7 Powerstroke. One big change for the 2023 Super Duty that's relevant to all of us doing suspension is the radius arms and sway bar.
