The cub centers take a 1/2 carriage bolt. The A-140 takes 5/8 carriage for the weights. So if you put the A-140 weight on the cub you are using 1/2 bolts, which probably are ok, but the engineers at IH were more comfortable with 5/8. The 43962DC was .240" lift for the Super H. There was supposed to be a third cam 45956D with .270" lift, no idea what it would have fit. I had my .207 cam reground to the .240 spec.Yes the H for sure had a low low gear option, still had the 5 speeds , but a low first gear , not sure on the rest of the ratios. If the # tag is still on the tractor have a look at the suffix after the main s/n, may end in X6,X6A,X6B,X6C.
