Bought a police trade in today! Well, I finally found an excellent condition 23 gen 3 trade in for $333.00 with two magazines. Mine has night sights, but they are pretty dim and need replaced. First three of the serial are FRZ, I might call Glock tomorrow and inquire on the history of the gun. Pictures attached.I have been told they simply remove the serial number plate from the frame, insert into the machine that makes frames at the appropriate point, and voilà!, new frame with the same serial number. From what I've read here on this forum the new Glocks don't come with the little yellow envelopes with the empty test fire shell anymore.
