As it won't "vent" at that low of a coolant level, I believe you are losing it from either the water pump or possibly heater core. Let it cool down and it made it the last 7 miles without any issues at 214*F. The coolant system is still holding pressure. I checked the coolant level when it was hot and it was pretty high, easily above the fill line.
