What I did notice is that 4 star artifacts and higher have more interesting stats and conditions. 3* artifacts are decent too but not a big fan of the health condition ones. I like ones like goblins lamp. Since I don't have much heals and my sez gets beaten like a rag doll, there's a chance he gets healed when hes low on hp.
