Bon Bon won't spawn if you move around too close to his spawn points (above each shoulder and the right knee). So what I do is I flick my cursor between Funtime Freddy's left hand (the one with the microphone) and his left shoulder for a while, then carefully move to the right shoulder/knee and wait if you see Bon Bon there.
