Hughesnet system control center not working.

It's my first time using the control center, no experience with previous versions, using latest bios. The app is kind of invisible, so I can only launch it by running the installer and select Launch. The path of the app executable is somewhat obscure according to Task Manager.

There is too much latency in the HughesNet system to allow two way communication with the cameras and the app on your phone. Also the Ring cameras use a lot of data since all motion activations are stored on the Internet.Regarding the functionality of the current desktop client, it will continue to work as long as it remains installed, but can't be reinstalled on another PC or the same one after re-imaging. As Kathy mentioned, moving forward, your best options for checking usage are the mobile app, the support center, and also the SCC.

I have been a customer for a long time, and do not appreciate being treated like this. Latest case # is 101129278 HELP! Issue: HN9000 modem. Lights are all ON. Connectivity test is good. Ethernet cable directly into my imac. No flags on my control panel, Green light. Everything appears to be working.... except I cannot browse the internet.

Reset your HT2000W modem to factory settings by holding down the WPS button on the front of the modem while holding down the reset button on the back of the modem together for approximately 10 seconds!
