Not exceeding 60 fps on purpose. Game runs extremely well for me. I'm running with a 2070 on a 2560x1400, this is the first time I'm running it on here and its having issues, low fps 50ish and stuttering and scrolling way to fast through mods, when I played on my 1920x1080 I never had an issue, its been a while since I played it.A quicker solution would be to change your monitor settings so that the monitor only refreshes at 60hz.
