Monoprice 15 watt tube amp review.
It sounded much, much better going through a 12" speaker cab. Overall it was a decent amp with adequate reverb. I used it at 5 watts with a Boss BD-2 blues driver to get better distortion. I didn't think it sounded very good at 0.5 watts. It's a good intro to tube amps, but even a 5 watt tube amp is pretty loud.

It's a great amp with a bad speaker. I put a swamp thing in mine and it's every bit of the 15 w amp I want. My other amps are a Jc40 twin reverb mt15 and katana.
