Accessory or On mode: Press the ENGINE START/STOP button once without pressing the brake pedal for Accessory mode. Press it again for On mode. Starting the engine: Press and hold the brake pedal, then press the ENGINE START/STOP button. I have Honda CRV Touring AWD (2018) US. PROBLEMS: 1. For the past 2 weeks the battery completely dies overnight (in 8 to 16 hrs). 2. If you press the button again, with your foot off the brake, it goes into the On mode, which is just like if you had a key and turned it all the way on but without going to Start.There are times when I stop and turn off the car with my foot on the break, but I accidentally forget to put the car into Park.
