i've gotten megs back to back in the span of roughly 30 minutes more than once. Thats a meg another crew fleed from. the closest method to being able to "spawn" a meg is the shores of gold method. Thats one of the 2 ways a meg fleet works. Everybody parks in the red sea and every 90 minutes every boat drives out after another to spawn a meg.It is the "Shrouded Ghost", so having it be .02% in the fog/shroud instead of .01% would make sense.
