This is a basic throttle kit for the Predator 212cc. The governor will not be affected by this. Assemble the kit as shown. When threading the bolts in, move your wrench or ratchet in either direction a few times, this should make the threading easier. Start by removing the air box assembly, remove the tube from the gas tank. On the Predator 212 engines, it is set to limit the engine to 3600 RPMs. Taking out the governor will not give you more "power". It will only allow the engine to run more RPMs. Since on a minibike, the engine RPMs are directly related to top speed of the bike, running the engine faster will make the bike faster.
