Yup, the keyboard, winboot led and the stadium leds work fine and respond to awcc changes. - Connect back, restart. You should see rainbow lights at tron and logo if reset successful. In case it will light in BIOS right after this operation, the issue is into AWCC (latest release have a bunch of bugs with tron chip).
The keyboard backlight is controlled by the laptop-specific controller.You will not find an option for this on Windows. If you want to permanently disable it at the startup you should look it on the options on the BIOS or in a specific application from the laptop manufacturer for your device.
