All are connected to gateway, yet just the one laptop displays a message when opening browser saying "this device is paused" and tells me to goto the app to unpause it. But it IS unpaused and it IS successessfully connected to wifi (with no internet).

Depending on the devices and security/privacy settings of each device, the pausing device feature may not work 100% of the time. If there is anything more we could assist you with, please let us know.
