Solid 7/10. I haven't used Marika hammer in a boss yet because I don't really have any bosses left on this playthrough but damage wise it seems pretty on par with other boss weapons at +9/+10. It is not the best weapon, not even the best hammer, but in my opinion it is a really enjoyable weapon. If you want ot have fun I think you should give it a try. Edit: if you do not have the relic sword yet I think that is a better choice, because of the rune farm. 4.

The one good thing is that it does insane poise damage so it can stagger most enemies. I feel like if the skill was buffed in some way the hammer would be a lot more viable. For hammers, marikas hammer is probably the best, but you can't get it until you've beaten the game. Nox flowing hammer is another good option. It has strong range and speed on its AoW. Hammers also pair very well with shields, and also suffer from limited ashes of war.With both on, you gain +5 on each of the 8 attributes (basically 40 free levels), however at the cost of increased damage received. I unfortunally only have the Radagon's SCARseal (which doesn't increase the damage too much for me) at the moment, so I can't say for myself with the extra is worth the extra stats.Just a quick overview of the stats and abilities of Marika's Hammer at +1 and +10 also where to find it.
