Definitely memorize this document cold since it follows the AAMC content guide to the T. Try to come up with your own personal example for all of the terms and be able to apply them to new examples. The 300 page doc is literally everything that could be tested on the mcat for psych/soc. It is just more time efficient to go through that doc because you wont be wasting your time. Kaplan books are fantastic except for the psych/soc and CARS one. Don't bother reading the CARS one at all, and use the free 300 pg psych/doc document on here. The other books are great. Personally, I do recommend reading the psych/soc book and then reading the 300 pg doc just because the doc is a hard read without some background knowledge.It took me a while to get through especially if you're studying part-time. Don't need the 300 page. The 300 page doc is essentially a transcription of the khan academy videos. It makes sense to have them up side-by-side, split-screen.
