Hi all, I’ve been trying to troubleshoot my litter robot 3 for a while and the agent is always offline on the app so I can’t get any help on fixing it. My red light for cat timing does not come on and it will not cycle unless I press the button. I replaced the DFI sensors a few month back but I don’t think that’s the problem.LED blue flashing quicker than when the drawer is full and no button of the control panel is working. Turned out i didnt put the Hall effect sensor in the correct position. So make you u put it back like the one in the picture.Removing the bonnet, flexing/bending back the latches (I discovered I wasn't properly seating the back clasps in-place, this helped a bit with the jerky spinning but failed to avoid the pinch detect fault) Emptied the tray, ensured the bag was installed properly.
