Nclex shutting off at 75 questions.

So I took the NCLEX yesterday shut off at 90 questions total 145. My last question was a milestone question which I am certain I got correct. I had many SATA probably every 2 or 3rd was SATA. Seemed alot of high level. Is that a pass? Why would It fail at 90 is my rationale? I hope I can get some insight/feedback. Please help???I completed 75 questions a day and studied for 2 - 4 hours for 5-6 days a week for 6- 7 weeks. I watch simple nursing and also hand wrote some pharm notes. In addition, I kind of used RN mastery app to practice some question from that app. I also did my incorrect questions over a few weeks to see if I was retaining the content. The NCLEX only shuts off at 75 if you did well or very very poorly. If you did really poorly you would have felt like you were struggling with every question. I always tell my grads that if it shut off at 75 and you did not feel like you messed up nearly every question then you passed! I have never been wrong on this observation.
