If it were just the ethereal mist and that were toned down, I'd use it. Alot. It honestly would be a fairly good "void" ephemera. It's almost (ALMOST) as irritating as the ephemera released with Nezha Prime. What was is it "Bahamma Prime" or something like that. And almost everyone makes it as blinding as possible.

On PC, got the syandana and ephemera from the support pack. Bought the protovyre armor set from in-game Market. I've tested a few location in solo mode: Vesper Strait, Venus Proxima Helene, Saturn Hydron, Saturn The only instance where I gained a relic and it didn't count towards the syandana's objective was in Vesper Strait.Art, Animation, & UI. I appreciate the information; thank you. I'll double-check, but I think that means the basic Protovyre Ephemera is bugged, as I've been running around with a max Rhino P with a lens in it, but my progress on the Appearance screen says I've earned 0 progress toward evolution.

Have to have completed the second dream quest. Edit:weapon or warframe. You need to earn a certain amount of Focus while you have the Ephemera equipped to evolve it. If you stop killing Enemies, the Ephemera will go back down to the Tier 1 look. I am currently trying to see if the other Protovyre items have some sort of in mission evolution ...
