The miasma procs are ridiculous when using the empty magazine option for the secondary, AND you can still Gemini a crit bonus with a strike wing. Having a base 200% extra DMG on Thunderstrike is ridiculously overpowered. There's not much point in doing a Chain Lightning medium range build when a Thunderstrike build can decimate any normal enemy in one shot from any distances, or three for elites. And there's not much point in doing a single target build for any character when Lei Luo can completely outshine them with minimal abilities.Lei Luo excels as a sniper, particularly when he activates his ability. His next shot will cause a lightning bolt to strike his target, massively increasing the damage dealt. Magical Supply will refresh Lei Luo's ability if that shot kills an enemy, slightly reducing the duration but allowing him to strike with another lightning bolt.
