I rebuilt the primer on the fuel filter housing and replace the bleed screw on the filter housing. That fixed my problem. Someone makes a billet bleed screw.

Network scan shows no com with the ECM and multiple modules log P0100-00 for no com with the ECM. I have load tested all powers and grounds to the ECM.
