The actual questions are random like on comat but the stems are way longer. For example comat has 2-3 sentences whereas level 2 has 2-3 paragraphs. Level 2 is also more nitpicky about details compared to comat imo. Like comat will give you a lot of big typical symptoms whereas level 2 will give some a few of those but a lot of tiny little dumb ... It was like a huge recycle of 101-105. I found at least 30 identical questions on 108. 109 was different but super easy.
