With Yuzu's level of optimization your CPU is too slow for 60fps in BOTW. It's that simple. The only CPUs that can achieve that is within the last two gens of AMD/Intel where IPC, clocks and core counts are way up: 5800X/7700X, or 12700K/13700K. The game's native cap is 30fps (sometimes it drops to 20fps).You can go higher than 60FPS but the speed of the game will be higher. There isn't a way to run Mario Odyssey at 120FPS and have it running at 100%, it would have to be running at 200%.
