Yes, you'll need to move up to about a 4.30 gear to have the same drivability. I have a 2017 F250 6.2L 3.73 with the 275/70r18 tires. Those tires are basically 33's and it does just fine, but you would definitely want a steeper gear with 37's.

The 2020 F250 uses a shorter rear block, looks to be 2" vs. the 17-19 3.25". That difference again, has no affect on 37's but might give a saggy rear look with 2.5" up front. You said adding rear blocks, if needed, isn't a problem. Looks like the cons list for the 37"is twice as long as the con list for the 35". I'd go with the 35", I doubt you'll notice any better ride with the larger tires and might actually have a decreased feel due to more sidewall give.

Level is a 2.5" Newton with 4.5" blocks in the back. Tires are 37x13.50's and Wheels are OEM 18's. I had to pull the inner fenders back an inch or two. Im about to upgrade from 35s to 37s I know I have the minimum lift for it so I wonder what you all have found is the best offset and backspacing to clear as much as possible. Pro comp tells me -6 on 4.5 back spacing 17x9, but I have also heard anywhere from 0 to -24 I ...7" lift = 37" tires 8" lift = 38" tires ... and that was beacue my offset was for stock tires, they didnt stick out past the fenders, i have 35's on my leveled truck now and i think 37's would fit with the right offset ... 97 f-250 hd solid axle cold air 4in dp 3in body lift 4in exhaust rollin on 36 12.50 swampers hopfully have 46's under it ...04cr450. Not a chance in powerstroke he** will 37's fit on a 04 superduty leveled... I have a leveling kit and have 33's and will rub slightly if turning hard left or right.. Gonna need a 4" lift min. with at least 4.5" backspacing on wheels to fit them and that will be close even. Late 04 f350 lariat.
Feb 15, 2018 · I've got the 2.5" Readylift and 37x12.5's on the stock wheels. They do rub the radius arms but its not bad enough to worry about. Go with 295/65-20. It is the 3.5" kit that allows the use of 37" tires as long as you have/buy the bumper spacer (per the kit manufacturer). Specs are 37"x22" wheels, -24, tires 13.50.
