First of all, having a short (under 16”) barrel along with a Title 1 weapon is a BAD IDEA! Second, under BATF regulations the manufacturer of the Title II weapon (SBR) MUST engrave their information on the weapon whether it’s you using a Form 1 or a Type 07/Class II manufacturer.
