When I go to the Taurus website and put in a search using my serial number it comes up as number not listed. Would this be because I am in Australia and have a gun sold through Australian outlets? Like ET mentioned, it must be law down there. The PT732 and PT738 were both made in Florida, and they only have the serial number on the frame. Same with the PT22 and PT25.
